Here is the result after the paint job.

5. step: Here it is ready for a paint job.

4. step: I tend to forget about time and place when i start to sculpt the models. I worked my way to this stage before i remembered to take a new picture from the process.

3. step: I use aluminum foil to sculpt the model, and i try to get it as close to the finish as possible. So i add a lot of "flesh" to the skeleton. I know that its going to take a lot of Super Sculpey just to cower the surface of the foil.

2. step: Using wire i start to make the rough shape of the shrimp character. You can see the legs hanging down from the spine of the skeleton.

1. step: This time i started off with a big nail on the wooden base. I want to build the model at the top of the nail in order to make it "hover" over the base.

The "Shrimpmaster"

I based the "Shrimpmaster" model on this painting that i made years ago. Its quite a challange to get all the details right.
This is my second attempt modeling with Super Sculpey.
Here we go......
